Zero-Liability Enterprise Architecture

Praveg AI operates under a strict "Zero-Liability Data Routing" framework. We are mathematically engineered to comply with the Indian Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023, minimizing data exposure through decentralized storage.

1. Designation of Roles (Processor vs. Fiduciary)

Under the DPDP Act, legal liability and obligations are strictly defined by the role of the entity:

Praveg as Data Processor: For all outbound AI telecalling and inbound bridging, Praveg AI acts strictly as a Data Processor. We do not own, control, or possess the end-users' phone numbers. We simply process the data provided by our Clients.
Client as Data Fiduciary: The Enterprise Client utilizing Praveg AI assumes full responsibility as the Data Fiduciary.

2. The "Bring Your Own Database" (BYOD) Architecture

Unlike traditional SaaS platforms that aggregate and hoard citizen data, Praveg AI employs an OAuth-driven decentralized model. We do not store your lead lists.

Google Drive Isolation: Client data is hosted natively inside the Client's own secure Google Workspace. Praveg AI acts as a robotic agent, entering the document solely to read the target destination and report the call outcome.
No Secondary Monetization: Praveg AI guarantees that data routed through our nodes is never sold, shared.

3. Mandatory Data Minimization & 48-Hour Destruction

In strict adherence to the DPDP mandate of Data Minimization, Praveg AI enforces a volatile memory protocol for all conversational artifacts:

Automated Purge: All Call Transcripts, Audio Recordings will be permanently and irretrievably destroyed from Praveg's internal databases exactly 48 hours after the completion of the call.
Long-Term Custody: If a Client wishes to retain transcripts for longer periods, they must export them to their own secure local environments within the 48-hour window.
