1. Designation of Roles (Processor vs. Fiduciary)

Under the DPDP Act, legal liability and obligations are strictly defined by the role of the entity:

• Praveg as Data Processor: For all outbound AI telecalling and inbound bridging, Praveg AI acts strictly as a Data Processor. We do not own, control, or possess the end-users' phone numbers. We process the data precisely as directed by our Clients.
• Client as Data Fiduciary: The Enterprise Client utilizing Praveg AI assumes full responsibility as the Data Fiduciary.

2. The "Bring Your Own Database" (BYOD) Architecture

Unlike traditional SaaS platforms that aggregate and hoard citizen data, Praveg AI employs an OAuth-driven decentralized model. We do not aggregate your lead lists.

• Google Workspace Isolation: Client data is mapped natively inside the Client's own secure Google Workspace. Praveg AI acts as a robotic agent, entering the document solely to execute the target destination and report the outcome.
• Zero AI Model Training: Your business strategies and private conversational data are strictly yours. Praveg AI guarantees that client data will never be utilized to pre-train or feed public Artificial Intelligence models.
• No Secondary Monetization: Praveg AI guarantees that data routed through our nodes is never sold or shared.

3. Zero-Retention Sub-Processing & Data Sovereignty

In strict adherence to the DPDP mandate of Data Minimization, Praveg AI enforces a Zero-Retention protocol for all conversational artifacts:

• Instant Sub-Processor Annihilation: To prevent third-party exposure, Praveg AI utilizes a proprietary Strike protocol. The instant a voice session ends, a secure DELETE command is fired to our underlying telecom providers, permanently erasing the call logs, transcripts, and audio files from external servers.
• Sovereign Vault Security: All call histories and audio files are transferred to enterprise-grade, SOC2 and DPDP-certified cloud infrastructure managed directly by Praveg AI. These vaults are secured with Row-Level Security (RLS) to ensure absolute isolation between clients.
• The Right to be Forgotten: Should a Data Principal exercise their right to erasure under DPDP regulations, Praveg AI initiates a distributed cascade purge, entirely eliminating the associated digital footprint across our secure matrices.
