Binding Agreement for the AI Workforce
Welcome to Praveg AI. By deploying our AI Agents or accessing our Synapse™ system, you agree to these Terms.
Note: Praveg AI makes sure clients agree to their terms and conditions before providing them their services. It is crucial for customer privacy and rights. Please read all the instructions carefully.

1. Service Scope & The Calibration Period
Praveg AI provides autonomous workforce infrastructure. We do not offer free trials or short-term tests. The Client acknowledges that deploying Neural Agents requires a specific configuration phase:
- The Handshake (Day 1): The agreement is initiated upon the payment of the Infrastructure Retainer. This legally locks in your 12-month partnership.
- The Calibration Build: A mandatory setup period of 4 business days is required. During this time, our engineers will provision DoT-compliant telecom lines, clone voices, engineer prompts, and integrate APIs.
- The Perfection Phase: On Day 4, a live demonstration is conducted. Praveg AI will calibrate and tweak the neural pathways until the Client is 100% satisfied with the AI's performance. Only after Client approval will the system be pushed live to public customers and the subscription cycle activated.
2. Account Architecture & The Praveg Console Dashboard
To ensure operational transparency, the Client is required to establish and maintain a secure account on the Praveg AI platform (Praveg Console). This Dashboard serves as the legally recognized interface for:
- Real-Time Telemetry: Tracking operational metrics, including active call logs, lead status, and agent performance.
- Transparency: Monitoring the Real-Time Talk Time Minutes. All deductions for telephony are visible instantaneously on the Dashboard. It is the Client's responsibility to monitor this balance to prevent service pauses.
- Secure Comms: The Dashboard serves as the primary encrypted channel for raising support tickets and communicating efficiently with Praveg engineers.
- Automation Dashboard: All the features provided by Praveg Automation services can be accessed and used via Praveg Console.
3. User Obligations
You agree NOT to use Praveg AI for:
- Harassment, spamming, or unsolicited telemarketing in violation of TRAI (Telecom Regulatory Authority of India) regulations.
- Impersonating government officials or entities.
Violation of these rules will result in immediate termination of any plans with Praveg AI and no refund requests will be entertained.
4. Financial Breakdown & The Price-Lock Guarantee
4.1 The Infrastructure Retainer (Setup Fee)
To initiate the custom build and secure DoT-compliant telecom lines, a flat ₹50,000 Infrastructure Retainer is required on Day 1. This covers the engineering, legal KYC submissions, and server provisioning.
Strict No-Refund Policy
The ₹50,000 Infrastructure Retainer is strictly NON-REFUNDABLE. By processing this payment, the Client acknowledges that Praveg AI immediately allocates non-recoverable capital toward telecom lines and engineering hours. No refund requests will be entertained under any circumstances.
4.2 The 12-Month Price-Lock Partnership
All Praveg AI deployments operate on a mandatory 12-Month Mutual Agreement. In exchange for this commitment, Praveg AI issues a Price-Lock Guarantee, ensuring the Client's monthly software retainer will not increase for the duration of the term, regardless of global AI compute cost inflation.
4.3 The "Praveg Wallet" & Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG)
The Scout Retainer includes a Base allocation of 3,600 Minutes (60 Hours), while the Enterprise Retainer includes an upgraded Base allocation of 4,800 Minutes (80 Hours) of Active Talk Time per month.
- Active Time Definition: Minutes are only deducted when the AI is actively engaged in a connected call. Unanswered calls do not come in the category of deduction.
- Omnichannel Deduction (Web-Widget, Social Media voice agents & Telephony): Active talk time encompasses ALL voice interactions. Any time a user speaks to the AI via the Web-Widget deployed on your website, those minutes are deducted directly from your Base Minute allocation or your PAYG wallet balance, identical to a standard phone call.
- Overage (PAYG): As soon as the Client exceeds their allocated base minutes, the system will automatically transition to a Pay-As-You-Go model billed at ₹12.00 per minute, if applicable. (Check settings to control this feature in Dashboard).
- Praveg AI ensures unused minutes do not roll over.
5. The Zero-Deficit Rule & Account Freezing
Praveg AI operates as an elite utility provider. Services are strictly contingent upon account standing.
5.1 Account Pause
If the Client exhausts their Base minutes and has not authorized PAYG overage billing, the AI Agents will automatically pause all outbound and inbound dialing until the wallet is topped up.
5.2 The Kill Switch (Freeze Protocol)
If the recurring Subscription Retainer invoice remains unpaid:
- Immediate Suspension: The API Key will be auto-revoked. All incoming and outgoing calls will cease instantly.
- Reactivation: Service will only resume upon full settlement of the outstanding invoice.
Praveg AI is not liable for any business loss, lost leads, or reputation damage resulting from a service freeze due to non-payment or empty wallet balance.
6. Intellectual Property
Your Data: You own all data inputs (leads, CRM data) and the resulting transcripts.
Our Tech: Praveg AI retains all rights to the underlying models, voice synthesis engines, and the Praveg Synapse™ architecture.
7. Limitation of Liability
Praveg AI is a tool for efficiency, not a replacement for legal or medical advice. We guarantee 99.9% server uptime but do not guarantee specific business outcomes (e.g., closed sales). Occasional AI hallucinations are inherent to Large Language Models (LLMs) and are not grounds for a refund.
Client's can easily reach us through their dedicated account center at Praveg AI and can raise issues they are facing.
Note: It is the client's responsibility to inform Praveg AI about any issues they are facing with the infrastructure at the earliest, if any. However, clients can hire a general human executive to keep track of their AI performance at extra charges (For Scout Plan)
