Binding Agreement for the AI Workforce
Welcome to AnadiNidhan Synapse. By deploying our AI Agents or accessing our automated architecture, you agree to these Terms.
Note: AnadiNidhan Synapse requires clients to agree to these terms before service provisioning. It is crucial for network integrity and compliance. Please read all instructions carefully.
1. Service Scope & Seamless Deployment
AnadiNidhan Synapse provides autonomous workforce infrastructure. The Client acknowledges that deploying Neural Agents requires a specific configuration phase:
- The Handshake (Day 1): Both monthly and yearly plans are available. A Pay-As-You-Go feature is available under custom pricing; however, a minimum commitment of 3 months is mandatory.
- The Calibration Build: A swift configuration period is executed. Our engineers will provision telephonic parameters, clone voices, and integrate APIs based on your selected plan.
- The Perfection Phase: We conduct a live demonstration to calibrate neural pathways. Once you are satisfied with the AI's performance, the system is deployed live to public customers.
2. Account Architecture & The Synapse Console
To ensure operational transparency, the Client is required to establish and maintain a secure account on the AnadiNidhan Synapse platform (Synapse Console). This Dashboard serves as the legally recognized interface for:
- Real-Time Telemetry: Tracking operational metrics, including active call logs, lead status, and agent performance.
- Transparency: Monitoring Real-Time Talk Time Minutes and wallet balance.
- Secure Comms: Raising support tickets and communicating efficiently with AnadiNidhan engineers.
- Automation Controls: Modifying agent prompts, integrating CRMs, and adjusting campaign parameters dynamically.
3. User Obligations
You agree NOT to use AnadiNidhan Synapse for:
- Harassment, spamming, or unsolicited telemarketing in violation of TRAI (Telecom Regulatory Authority of India) regulations.
- Impersonating government officials or entities.
Violation of these rules will result in immediate termination of any plans with AnadiNidhan Synapse and no refund requests will be entertained.
4. Financial Breakdown & Accessible Tiers
4.1 Activation & Setup
Dedicated DoT-compliant telecom lines will be acquired and carry per month rental charges. Custom enterprise builds may require a nominal one-time setup fee, but standard deployments are configured seamlessly.
4.2 Billing Cadence
AnadiNidhan Synapse deployments operate on highly flexible billing cycles. We have special monthly and annual plans to fit your operational scale.
- Retainer: Subscription tiers are billed based on your selected monthly or annual cycle.
4.3 The "Synapse Wallet" & Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG)
We have democratized our AI compute. Alongside our base plans, custom pricing clients can operate on a Pay-As-You-Go architecture (subject to the 3-month minimum commitment).
- Active Time Definition: Minutes are only deducted when the AI is actively engaged in a connected call. Unanswered calls do not result in deductions.
- Omnichannel Deduction (Web-Widget & Telephony): Active talk time encompasses ALL voice interactions. Any time a user speaks to the AI via your deployed Web-Widget, those minutes are deducted directly from your wallet balance, identical to a standard phone call.
- Overage (PAYG): As soon as the Client exhausts their allocated base minutes, the system automatically transitions to a Pay-As-You-Go model billed at standard real-time rates (Check settings to control this feature in the Dashboard).
- Rollover Policy: Unused minutes do not roll over to the next billing cycle.
5. The Zero-Deficit Rule & Account Freezing
AnadiNidhan Synapse operates as an elite utility provider. Services are strictly contingent upon account standing.
5.1 Account Pause
If the Client exhausts their wallet balance and has not authorized automatic PAYG top-ups, the AI Agents will automatically pause all outbound and inbound dialing until the wallet is replenished.
5.2 The Kill Switch (Freeze Protocol)
If the recurring Subscription Retainer invoice remains unpaid:
- Immediate Suspension: The API Key will be auto-revoked. All incoming and outgoing calls will cease instantly.
- Reactivation: Service will only resume upon full settlement of the outstanding balance.
AnadiNidhan Synapse is not liable for any business loss, lost leads, or reputation damage resulting from a service freeze due to non-payment or an empty wallet balance.
6. Intellectual Property
Your Data: You own all data inputs (leads, CRM data) and the resulting transcripts.
Our Tech: AnadiNidhan Synapse retains all rights to the underlying models, voice synthesis engines, and our core architectural matrix.
7. Limitation of Liability
AnadiNidhan Synapse is a tool for efficiency, not a replacement for legal or medical advice. We guarantee high server uptime but do not guarantee specific business outcomes (e.g., closed sales). Occasional AI hallucinations are inherent to Large Language Models (LLMs) and are not grounds for a refund.
Clients can easily reach us through their dedicated account center at the Synapse Console and can raise any issues they are facing.
Note: It is the client's responsibility to inform us about any infrastructure issues at the earliest. Clients may hire a general human executive to monitor AI performance at extra charges.

You agree NOT to use AnadiNidhan Synapse for:
- TCPA Violations: Harassment, spamming, or unsolicited telemarketing in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) or relevant federal/state regulations. AnadiNidhan Synapse provides the telecom infrastructure; the Client provides the authorization. By utilizing our system for outbound campaigns, you guarantee you have obtained prior express written consent from all contacts. You agree to fully indemnify AnadiNidhan Synapse against any TCPA lawsuits.
- Impersonating government officials or entities.
Violation of these rules will result in immediate termination of any plans with AnadiNidhan Synapse and no refund requests will be entertained.

AnadiNidhan Synapse acts strictly as a "Service Provider" under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). We do not broker, sell, or retain your lead data. All data processing is governed by our US Data Processing Agreement (DPA).
AnadiNidhan Synapse is a tool for efficiency, not a replacement for legal or medical advice. We guarantee high server uptime via our endpoints but do not guarantee specific business outcomes (e.g., closed sales). Occasional AI hallucinations are inherent to Large Language Models (LLMs) and are not grounds for a refund.
